Terms of Service
I retain full personal rights to the artwork.
I have the right to use the commissioned work for portfolios, promotional, personal, and professional use.
I am allowed to post the work on social media if I want to, but please do let me know if you'd like it to stay off my socials!
As a customer, you have the right to use it for personal use, such as profile pictures or printing for your personal use! However, it cannot be used commercially!
I have full rights to refuse service and decline commission requests for any reason. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission.
As a Christian artist, I won't draw anything that contradicts my beliefs
Do not claim the commissioned work as your own.
Do not use it for AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency.
You are allowed to post the artwork on social media, but please visibly credit me if you do!
You do not have the right to resell, alter, or repurpose the piece in any way.
You cannot sell the commission unless stated otherwise. There will be a separate fee that will be needed for commercial work.
REVISIONS - Feel free to ask for revisions during the sketching phase! However, during the rendering phase, I will only accept minor changes up to 3 times. Therefore, please make your revisions during the sketching/coloring phase!
COMPLETION TIME - The completion time varies as I do have personal work and life to tend to, so please be patient. I will post progress updates. I'll post sketches, revised sketches, flat color, and half-rendered with watermarks.
COMMERCIAL USE - This fee will have to be discussed between both parties, as it depends on whether you'd like to share the copyright or want sole ownership

Please be detailed with the request and give clean references~
If the commission requires me to add more details to the character, that will require an additional cost for details/prop
You must pay 50% before the sketch and then the other 50% before the finished piece is given. I will give lower-quality versions with watermarks to show progress!
The only exception is skebs (surprise me) drawings. Skebs must be paid in full before the commission is started.
Please keep in mind that my prices may change as I continue to grow.
A full refund will be given if I cancel the commission or if the sketch hasn't been drawn yet.
